oh, ps.
MY FACE IS GETTING FATTER.
i just lost 10 lbs and gained it back so fast =(
fuck. its okay though, if i cant lose over break i know ill lose again at school.
it scares me though b/c im going to need energy for cheerleading! ill just have v8's before and ill be all set.
breakfast: apple & coffee, lunch: soup OR salad, snack: v8 dinner: salad

alright i need to lose 20 pounds in 28 days. thats doable if i stick thru with it. i will have checkpoints twice a week: Tuesday and Saturday. each time i hope to be 2.5 pounds lighter. it is august 26 and i weigh 144. i will weigh in every tuesday and saturday. goals for this week:

Tuesday 7/29- 142
Saturday 8/2- 139

i will eat as little as possible, no more than 800 a day. and always burn off what i eat.
i need to believe in myself. if this week goes well, i think i can continue on with this

i weighed myself the day after vacation and i weighed 150! that means i gained double what i lost. thank god i onl lost 2 pounds. anyway, i lost that and now weigh 144. i really want to be 138 by thursday or friday. im eating a lot today and tomorrow im going to try to not eat much at all and same with monday. hoepfully ill lose by monday or tuesday then again on thursday or friday :)

I was browsing the internet looking for diet pills/laxatives and i came across this site! I took a little while to read the first few entries on the main page and wanted to join because I am unhappy with my body, like most people here, and there are also a few heavier girls here too.

I had a doctors appointment 2 days ago and weighed in at 149. I have NEVER been this heavy before and need to lose this weight. My ultimate goal weight is 115. By the end of summer i would LOVE to be 125 (losing 25 pounds) or even 130. However, I have never been successful in losing weight and have nothing to keep me going on a diet. The longest time i fasted was 2 days and i still consumed probably 1000 calories on those two days.

Right now I guess im looking for support in trying to lose weight and any advice or personal experiences that could motivate me to work out and eat less. I have a very muscular stature although i am going to try and run 6 days a week this summer and get more lean rather than bulky muscle. ok i wrote too much, i look forward to hearing from you!! :)
